That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Exchanges and Refunds
Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us for store credits which comes with a three-month validity period. Returns must be done within 7 days from the date of successful delivery together with a request via email. You will be liable for the shipping fees you may incur to return the item to us.
Items must be unused in original packaging in order to be eligible for return. We reserve the right to reject any items that do not fulfil our refund requirements.
Do note that sale and discounted items (including items purchased using discount codes) are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
All store credits are issued with a three-month validity period and tagged to your account, which can be used (partially or in full) to offset any future purchases. Any balance credit amount that is not utilised/expired will not be refunded back to you in cash or credits.
Kindly note that we do not process cash refunds for such returns.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges at the moment. However, if you've a special reason, please feel free to write to us. We are happy to listen and accommodate to the best we can.
Defective items received
We apologise if we have sent you a defective item (it is not intentional!). Slight variations in product measurements and colour discrepancy due to product photography lighting may not be considered as a defect. Please take a picture of the defect and write to us either via Whatsapp or Email. We will reply as soon as we can and work on a mutually agreeable solution. This may include issuing a full cash refund / store credit or doing an exchange.
All the above is not applicable to services we offer.
Our Delivery Policy
We are only delivering within Singapore at the moment.
We offer free islandwide delivery for all purchases above S$50. You may receive your purchase personally from us, or we may use a trusted 3rd party delivery service.
If we use a trusted 3rd party delivery service, your parcel will be tracked and we will provide the tracking number. Please make sure you are home on your chosen delivery date and time, if applicable. We may, from time to time, do contactless delivery as we deem fit.
We are not liable for any lost parcels from contactless delivery should you not be home on your chosen delivery date and time. However, we will try our best to accommodate our customers' requests as much as we can. Your satisfaction with the shopping experience is important to us.
For orders below S$50, a standard delivery fee of S$5 applies for each order. For small / lighter items, you may opt for normal mailing at S$1.50. Self-collection is also available at Bukit Panjang MRT Station.

4. ORDERS & PRICING
All orders placed are final and cannot be reversed, refunded or topped up to the original value, except for special circumstances brought to our attention and approval. All prices stated on our Website are in Singapore Dollars. All payments have to be made in Singapore Dollars. Pricing is fixed and non-negotiable.
5. PRODUCTS & COLOURS
All measurements stated on our Website are in centimetres (cm). All actual measurements may differ slightly. If your cats do not like and/or use the products, that is beyond our control and is not considered a defect. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colour you see depends on the resolution of your monitor or smart gadget devices, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be as accurate as what we presented. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item/design, it will not be considered a defect.
6. BACKORDERS
Backorders placed via our website are subjected to delays/cancellations that are beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation of a backorder, a full cash refund will be offered. A full refund/cancellation on a customer's request on any ongoing backorder at any point will not be accepted. Any requests for change of size or colour for the backorder is subjected to availability.
itspurrfect.co reserves the right to suspend any shopping accounts and to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
Our Privacy Policy
itspurrfect.co is committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. Our privacy policy intends to provide our customers with a safe and secure online shopping experience. This privacy policy protects customers providing information through the website and is not intended to protect business information. By shopping on our store, you agree to collection and use of your information.
Your Privacy
We will not divulge your personal information, email address, credit card information to any third parties site without your permission, unless you have requested or authorised us to do so. We do not sell your personal information to any third parties site for any reason. Your personal information may however, be shared with third parties to complete a transaction that you have authorised us to do so.

If you have joined our mailing list, you will receive occasional updates with the latest products and special offers from itspurrfect.co. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to receive such updates and offers from third parties sites that are in collaboration with itspurrfect.co. All members of itspurrfect.co have the option of opting out of receiving such updates. You can reply to the mailers via email stating that you wish to the unsubscribe from our mailing list.
