Do you have ready stocks for your products?

Yes, all our products are instock as we make Eevee test the products! However, we only stock them in limited quantities to keep our small home business sustainable. Once a product is sold out, we will open for backorders or preorders to make room for new inventories. Details on backorders can be found on the respective product pages. If you're unsure of anything, simply drop us an email.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we are happy to offer gift cards specially tailored to your needs. Please reach out to us via email and we will walk you through the process.

What are the payment options?

We only accept PayNow or Bank Transfer at the moment.

As we are a humble home business at its beginning stages, online payment methods via credit or debit cards have transaction fees that simply do not make sense for us now. We do not want our customers to be incurring these additional charges either. 

Our preferred mode of payment will be PayNow.

Please let us know once payment is completed. Your order will only be confirmed thereafter.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For in stocks, we aim to delivery to you within 3 - 5 working days. This is however dependent on our schedule. We will discuss with you before our delivery attempt to select your preferred date and time. If your order is urgent, please contact us for special arrangements.

For backorders / preorders, the wait time for stock to arrive is usually about 4 weeks after backorders have closed. We strive to reduce the waiting time as much as possible but it is sometimes out of our control and could be longer than 4 weeks. Please only place your order when you're comfortable with the waiting time and expected delays. We will try to update you as promptly as we can but we seek your understanding at the same time. What happens when my backorder item is sold out?

We will reach out to you at first instance to discuss next steps. You can either opt for a full cash refund or choose to spend the amount on other items in our shop via store credits. Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue for shop items only. Services are not included.

What do you offer apart from selling products?

We offer photoshoot sessions to create memories for you and your furkids! We also provide freebies to our loyal customers. Prepare to open a package filled with surprises!

As we continue to do our part for the environment, we encourage all pawrents to buy, sell or trade under utilised items in the hopes of reducing wastage. Join our efforts to be sustainable! You may also donate to those in need.

Are there any benefits of becoming a member?

Absolutely! You'll receive a 10% welcome discount on your first purchase. In addition, every dollar spent will turn into reward points. Any purchase of our services counts too!

S$1 spent = 10 points

2500 points = 10% discount voucher for one time use

We will keep track of your points and update you via email from time to time. Your reward points do not expire.
